Hi Everyone,
Just a short update; as part of a Halloween theme, we are creating a short magazine that will be released on the site at the end of the month, titled ‘Rogue Readers’. From book authors, we would like pieces of flash fiction (no more than 1,500 words). From graphic novelists, we would like a one or two page comic. Those that are interested should email [email protected]. The deadline for submissions will be October 27th.
On another note, we’ve been lucky enough to appear on the Hidden Gems talkshow, where we were able to explain more about our motivations behind the site. The show is hosted by Sarah Walker, whose works ‘Holy Blossums’ and ‘Black Widow: Blood Ties’ can be found here on Rogue Animal. The show is a fantastic opportunity for indie authors to promote their work and we hope to work more with Hidden Gems in the future. We have created a page with links to the Hidden Gems website and Facebook pages, where you can find out more.
